Quotes and Estimates

Quotes and estimates are based on the information available at the time of inspection and may be adjusted if conditions discovered on site differ from what was originally observed. A quote is not a contract until work is approved by both parties.

Workmanship and Warranty

Our work is backed by a 5-year non-prorated workmanship warranty on qualifying installations. Manufacturer material warranties are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to their own terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vive Co. Roofing Solutions is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of this website. Our liability for any work performed is limited to the terms of the signed agreement for that project.
